Mileage is a self-hosted, mobile-first business-travel tracker. It runs as an installable progressive web app plus a native Android app, and talks to your own WordPress site — not a third-party cloud service.
What's included
- GPS trip capture — start and stop a trip from your phone; the route and distance are logged automatically.
- Manual trips — add a trip after the fact when GPS wasn't running.
- Vehicles — keep a list of vehicles and assign trips to the right one.
- Native Android app — a dedicated app for capturing trips on the go, talking to the same REST API as the web app.
- Operations-ready health telemetry — if you run Operations, Mileage reports its own health status — never GPS data, receipts or keys.
Free means free
Up to two active users at no cost, with the full trip-capture workflow — nothing about the core functionality is held back for Pro. The only limit in Free is the number of active users; everything else works exactly the same as Pro.
