Mileage Pro adds the pieces a growing team needs on top of the full Free trip-capture workflow: receipts, company-wide visibility, and a live connection to Lead to Cash.
What Pro adds
- Receipts — photograph and upload a receipt straight from the app, stored securely and never publicly accessible.
- Send receipts to Lead to Cash — export a receipt from Mileage directly into your Lead to Cash pipeline, with duplicate protection.
- Unlimited users — Free's two-user cap is lifted entirely.
- Team overview — see every user's trips and receipts across the whole organization from four dedicated admin pages: Pro Dashboard, Team, All Trips, Receipts.
- Lead to Cash integration — search customers from Lead to Cash and set one as the destination on a trip, with server-side revalidation so the data can't be spoofed client-side.
Same private-by-default core
Every Free feature works exactly the same in Pro. Receipts are stored in a private, access-controlled file area, and the Lead to Cash connection requires both products' Pro editions to be active. Requires Mileage (Free) to be installed and active.
